Where we ship
We ship to all Australian states and territories, with the exception of Tasmania. We're working to extend our delivery coverage and hope to include Tasmania in the future.
Delivery times
Once your order has been finalised, delivery typically takes 10 to 20 business days. During busy periods such as sales events or public holidays, things may take a little longer. We'll always keep you in the loop and appreciate your patience.
Shipping costs
We charge a flat shipping fee of $15 on all orders. Spend $85 or more and shipping is on us, applied automatically at checkout.
If something's taking longer than expected
If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, please get in touch at helloleluna@gmail.com. We'll follow up with our international and domestic shipping partners straight away and keep you updated every step of the way.
