Change of mind

As a small business, we're not able to accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. We encourage you to read product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about a product before you buy, just reach out and we'll be happy to help.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, please contact us at helloleluna@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving it. Include your order number and a few clear photos of the issue and we'll take it from there.

Depending on the situation, we'll offer one of the following: a full refund to your original payment method, a store credit, or a replacement item.

Shipping times

Our deliveries typically take 10 to 20 business days. Delays within this window are not grounds for a refund. If your order is significantly overdue, please get in touch and we'll follow up with our shipping partner as a priority.
